Biography

이상민 교수는 한양대학교 교육학과를 졸업하고 Florida 대학교에서 학교상담 전공으로 박사학위를 취득한 후, Arkansas 대학교 학교상담 교수를 역임하였다. 소진현상과 상담의 경제적 가치에 관심을 가지고 연구를 하고 있으며, ‘Briggs-Pine 최우수논문상’을 수상한 바 있다. Journal of Counseling and Development, Professional School Counseling, Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, Journal of Employment Counseling, Journal of Career Development, Counseling and Values 등 미국상담학회(ACA) 분과 국제학술지에 최근 5년간 20편 이상의 연구논문을 발표하였으며, 현재 Journal of Counseling and Development 의 편집위원으로 활동하고 있다.
